Cabins
$145.00 per night for up to two (2) people.
$10.00 additional charge per person/per night (up to 4 people maximum).
Plus NC State Sales Tax and Tourism Tax.

PLEASE NOTE: A two (2) night
stay is usually required, but we welcome one
(1) night stays when available.
- A Security Deposit of $150.00 is required at check-in and is fully refundable within 14 days from your check-out if no damage is attributed to your stay.
- Check in by 4:00 PM
- Check out by 11:00 AM
- Earlier check-ins and later check-outs are not permitted unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Payment can be made with Cash,
Personal Checks, or Money Orders (we do
not accept Credit Cards of any kind).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- NO PETS of any size or kind.
- Children are welcome.
- No smoking is permitted inside the cabins. Smoking areas are provided on front and back porches. Smoking inside cabins will be considered damage to cabins.
- At the time reservation is made, a deposit equal to 1/2 of the total rate is required. This deposit is fully refundable (minus a $25.00 processing fee) if we are notified of your cancellation 30 days in advance of your check-in date, or 50% refundable with a 14 day advance cancellation notice. Otherwise, deposits are non-refundable. Balance due upon arrival. Sorry, we do not refund due to inclement weather.
- Full payment in advance, with no cancellation refund, is required for "Special Package Vacations" and the following time periods:
