No smoking is permitted inside the cabins. Smoking areas are provided on front and back porches. Smoking inside cabins will be considered as damage to cabins.

At the time reservation is made a deposit equal to 1/2 of the total rate is required. This deposit is fully refundable (minus a $25.00 processing fee) if we are notified of your cancellation 30 days in advance of your check-in date, or 50% refundable with a 14 day advance cancellation notice. Otherwise, deposits are non-refundable. Balance due upon arrival. Sorry, we do not refund due to inclement weather.

Full payment in advance, with no cancellation refund, is required for "Special Package Vacations" and the following time periods:
